When you first launch School Management Pro, you'll see the welcome screen. The app comes with a 30-day free trial so you can explore all features before purchasing.

School Management Pro comes with a 30-day free trial with full functionality. No credit card required!
After the trial, you can purchase the full version from the Microsoft Store:
- Open the Microsoft Store on your PC
- Search for "School Management Pro"
- Click "Buy" to purchase the full version ($29.99 one-time)
- Your purchase is automatically linked to your Microsoft account
Benefits: Unlimited use, automatic updates, no recurring fees, use on multiple devices with same Microsoft account.
Dashboard Overview
The dashboard provides a quick overview of your school's data:
- Total Students: Current enrollment count
- Fee Summary: Collections and pending dues
- Recent Activity: Latest actions and updates
- Quick Actions: Fast access to common tasks
Navigation
The main navigation sidebar includes:
- Dashboard: Overview and quick stats
- Students: Manage student records
- Fees: Fee collection and challans
- Exams: Exam scheduling and results
- Staff: Teacher and staff management
- Timetable: Class schedules
- Attendance: Daily attendance tracking
- Settings: App configuration and backup
Setting Up Your School
We recommend completing these steps first:
- Go to Settings → School Profile
- Enter your school name, address, and logo
- Set up Classes and Sections
- Add your first students
- Configure fee structures
